Get answers to your questions about feeding, expressing, mixed feeding, sleep, solids, returning to work, toddler nursing - and anything else you've ever wondered about asking.
At La Leche League we want to support anyone who wants to provide their baby with human milk or nurture them at the breast with other milk. Whatever breastfeeding looks like for you and your child, you are always welcome at an LLL meeting.
At our meetings you can enjoy the supportive company of other breastfeeding mothers with babies and children of various ages. Meetings are organised and facilitated by our Leaders (volunteer breastfeeding counsellors) who also provide skilled help with specific challenges. You don't need to have a problem to enjoy an LLL meeting and our support isn't just for people with tiny babies. Babies and children who need to be with you are always welcome. We also encourage you to come along if you are expecting a baby and want to learn more about breastfeeding. No need to book - just turn up.
