Meetings are free to attend. There's no requirement to book unless you want to tell us any specific needs you have e.g. dietary or allergy info or specific breastfeeding questions.
Babies and children who need to be with you are welcome. We have a few toys but you may want to bring quiet activities for any older children.
Our meetings are for anyone who is breastfeeding or planning to (e.g pregnant or adoptive mums), including combination feeding, relactation, weaning from breastfeeding or combining breastfeeding with returning to work. We also offer support and resources on managing sleep, starting solids, fussy eaters and guiding behaviour as your child grows.
You don't have to have a problem to come to a meeting - in fact lots of people come along because they enjoy reconnecting with other breastfeeding mums - being in a space where everyone is breastfeeding is nice, especially when all your friends have stopped or you don't have much family or community support in your breastfeeding or parenting choices. And we do also have cake!
Car parking
To use the council car park turn into Godwin way and drive past the shops. The car park is next right. Parking costs £1.70 for up to 3 hours.
Free parking is also available in the surrounding streets.
Public transport
Buses on the 200, 23 and 98 routes all stop near the hall. Get off opposite The Star Inn.
The hall is a mile north of Horsham Railway Station. It takes about 20 mins to walk, or catch the 98 bus to Roffey.
